As O2Work expanded, its team wanted a more connected way to manage customers, workspace assets, contracts, services and billing across locations.
Many operational records were maintained in Excel. With growing customer and transaction volumes, teams were spending more time updating information, preparing recurring invoices and consolidating reports.

Component.app worked with O2Work to configure a system that brings CRM, space management, contracts, invoicing and customer service together.
The system now supports O2Work's teams throughout the customer journey:
- Sales can create and follow up on opportunities, generate contracts and monitor contract status.
- Operations can manage customer onboarding, workspace assets, availability and add-on services.
- Finance can generate recurring invoices and manage contract and billing information more efficiently.
- Management can view location-level and consolidated reports covering occupancy, revenue, costs and operating performance.
Customer information is carried through the workflow, reducing repetitive data entry and creating smoother handovers between teams. Role-based access also ensures that employees can view the information relevant to their responsibilities.

One of the clearest improvements is monthly invoicing, where O2Work has improved efficiency by 100%.
Automated recurring invoices and connected service records have also helped reduce invoice errors and omissions. Sales, Operations and Finance can work from the same customer information, while management can access business reports without manually consolidating multiple spreadsheets.
