Common questions

FAQ

How many entities can I check for free?+

You can check up to 10 entities at a time without creating an account.

Do I need to upload company names or UENs?+

No. You can use an internal entity reference. UEN and company name are optional, and the CSV is processed in your browser.

How are EOTs handled?+

An approved EOT adds 60 days in this planning model. Planned or pending applications do not change the displayed date until approval is recorded.

How are AGM exemptions and overseas branch registers handled?+

An exempt or dispensed AGM is excluded from the active deadline risk. An eligible overseas branch register adds one month to the Annual Return planning date.

What can I download?+

You can download the calculated CSV, a printable compliance summary and a universal .ics calendar file for Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Can I save entities and automate reminders?+

Yes. Component.app can store entity records, assign owners and create recurring filing workflows and reminders.
