When is a Singapore company's AGM due?+

Listed companies generally have four months after FYE; non-listed companies generally have six months. A private company may be exempt or may dispense with its AGM if the requirements are met.

When is a Singapore Annual Return due?+

Listed companies generally file within five months after FYE and non-listed companies within seven months. A company with a share capital and an overseas branch register generally receives one additional month.

How is the late Annual Return penalty estimated?+

The tool uses S$300 when filing is up to three months late and S$600 when it is more than three months late. It does not include normal filing fees, composition sums or enforcement action.

What is included in the downloaded report?+
